Legal notice
This notice covers two things: the use of the public site geofrance.org and the nature of Sourceplane Atelier's research work. The site exists to set out the lab's method and to let you reach it; it is neither an on-demand service nor a commercial offer.
1. Site publisher
The site geofrance.org is published by Sourceplane Atelier, an independent four-person research atelier. The atelier claims no commercial registration and no institutional backing: it is a research collective, not a services company. Contact runs through hello@geofrance.org.
2. Use of the site
The pages of geofrance.org describe in good faith how the lab works at the time of writing. This is research information, not legal, regulatory or commercial advice; acting on it is a matter for your own judgement.
Please do not scrape the site text in bulk or reconstruct the lab's method from the public pages to republish it without credit. Linking to a page, or quoting a passage with a clear attribution, is welcome and needs no permission.
3. The contact form
Sending the form opens a conversation, not a contract: no commitment arises on either side. It is an orderly way to pass on the context of your case. The atelier reads these requests and may answer when the question fits its work; sending the form guarantees you neither a reply, nor a deadline, nor an audit.
The atelier may also set a message aside when it falls outside the research scope, when answering would require verifying private documents, or when it is a sales pitch or a generic SEO request. A message not taken up carries no judgement on your business.
4. Nature of the research work
The lab produces field notes, source-dependency readings and comparative essays. These are research materials, to be read as such: they may show that an AI answer is directory-led, registry-anchored, press-amplified or region-flattened under specific test conditions. They are not universal measurements, and a single observation is never presented as a conclusion.
The lab does not run reputation campaigns, place businesses in AI answers, work on fake reviews or promise any ranking outcome. Any forecasts are flagged as uncertainty notes, never as certainties.
5. Liability
The site and the research materials are provided as they are, for information. To the extent the law allows, the atelier's liability for the free use of the site is limited. Nothing here excludes liability for intentional fault, fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law forbids excluding.
6. Governing law
Use of geofrance.org is governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules that may open a more favourable forum to you.
7. Changes to this notice
This notice is revised as the lab's work evolves; the version in force is the one marked by the "Updated" date at the top of the page. A change to the site alone simply appears here, with no further warning.
